I first began training with Michael about a year ago, and I hadn't been inside of a gym in about ten years! He definitely made the transition back into the gym a pleasant one. He is extremely easy to get along with, very personable, and also very knowledgeable in his field; not only with the workout, but with the nutritional side as well. I enjoy each and every training session I have with him.
A few weeks before Halloween I told Michael that I needed to get my butt in shape. My costume was a bit risque, and I wanted to look good in it! He's always been able to accommodate my schedule to get me in the gym, so we set up sessions separate sessions, once a week, and I told him to "kick my butt," and he DID! It hurt to walk and bend down and sit for almost an entire week (which I love because I know that means that I had a great workout). To make a long story short, my behind felt and looked so much firmer and, I swear, was lifted higher after the first session - in part due to this crazy butt-lifter platform that Michael and a friend invented! After the next two sessions with Michael I was ready for business and my behind looked AMAZING in my costume! I had no idea what a difference 3 sessions would make! It was so worth it, and I could not have done it without Michael.
I work out on my own quite often—and I get a good workout—but it's never quite the same as when I have a session with Michael. He motivates me, he pushes me, and he switches the exercises up, so not only does it not get boring, but he is constantly getting me to train different muscles. All in all, I absolutely love training with Michael. He is an excellent trainer and I can't wait to get back in the gym for my next session... maybe I'll work on my abs next!
He is my go-to-guy to get ready for parties, photo-shoots, or just to feel great. I wish I could see him weekly, but for now I use him and his methods as my secret weapons to make me sexy!
